I have been an avid chess player for over 30 years. You could almost say, I live for the game. Well, not totally. Chess has been a very important part of my life and will continue to be until I'm well into old age. Chess has brought joy and sorrow into my life. I am not sorry for playing this fascinating game, even with some of the sorrows in lost games. We all lose some games, and win quite a few. As long as the excitement remains, I will forever be a loyal promoter of chess and a loyal player of the royal game.
